- We will issue a refund for any reason within 30 days as long as the item is in original condition, sealed, never opened, nor used.
- If item(s) has been opened, unsealed, or used it may be returned only in case of defects and for exchange only.
- Defective item(s) (on Red Grin warranty) must be returned in original packaging, supplemented with a description of the problem(s) experienced.
- Defective item(s) (on manufacturer direct warranty) must be returned directly to manufacturer for an exchange or repair. Please contact manufacturer first to troubleshoot the item.
- All returns, exchanges and warranty claims must accompany our RMA which can be created from our Returns information page.
- Customer must pack defective items being returned as if they were new and working with all UPC codes, manuals, software, warning stickers - as in original condition. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
- Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable.
